TOWER RIGGER/TECHNICIAN

JOB DESCRIPTION - TOWER RIGGER/TECHNICIAN

A fully trained Tower Rigger / Technician performs all aspects of tower installation and maintenance as well as all aspects of antenna system installation and maintenance on towers and other structures. We will train qualified applicants. A knowledge of high angle rigging principles and worker safety on very high structures are some of our special skills. A healthy respect for heights, good mechanical aptitude, and the ability to creatively solve difficult problems is required. Other duties and requirements include:

• Travel with crew
• Work outdoors all four seasons
• Good physical condition - we may climb structures as high as 2000 feet
• Ability to work as a member of a team
• Clean-cut and intelligent - Our people in the field may be the only face to face contact between SFT and the customer
• Post High School educational experience or Military experience preferred.
• Relocate to Sioux Falls, SD
• Pre-employment Drug Screening
• Valid Driver's License
• Speak, Read, Write English
